Directions
Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement. In spring season, adults may take 4~5 capsules 3 times daily with a meal. In other seasons, adults may take 3 capsules 2 times daily with a meal. Children over 12 years old may take 2 capsules 2 times daily in all seasons. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12.
